I. CƠ BÀN MAI LÀ GÌ?
Bàn mai là một loại hải sản thuộc họ sò, ở mỗi vùng miền lại được gọi với những cái tên khác nhau như cồi mây, cồi mai, hay sò mai. Tại Cô Tô, người dân thường gọi loại sò mai này là bàn mai.
